Hi, I’m Tim and I was born and raised in the Fitler Square neighborhood, but have lived in almost every single neighborhood surrounding center city. I grew up experiencing the different energy each neighborhood brought, and now reside in the Wissahickon section of Roxborough with my fiance and our dog Mack! We enjoy the slower pace of life hiking the trails and working on our garden. In my 20’s I was a senior sales specialist for Thermo Fisher Scientific, calling on doctors and scientists to help them improve workflows for cancer research. While working my full time job, I invested in real estate rehabbing and flipping single family homes. I got my real estate license in 2012 so I could work more efficiently, and through the process of looking for homes for myself I started to help my friends and family and found that I was even better at that! Combining all of my passions for real estate and skills in sales, I have landed on the perfect vocation. I know the market landscape and enjoy helping sellers, first time home buyers and investors alike find the perfect home!
