Hello! I love exploring Philadelphia and in turn love helping my clients explore and connect with Philadelphia as well. There is never a day where selling real estate feels like “work”. Anytime that I work with a client, my number one goal is to meet their goals. This could be helping them go from being renters to being home owners, or it could be helping them sell their current home and moving on to the next chapter in their lives. Sometimes this process takes just a few weeks and sometimes it takes years. Buying a home is a huge investment and I am not here to rush anyone or sell them just any house, it has to be the right house for them. During the entire process, I work to fully understand my client’s needs, all the while being a fierce advocate for them. My husband and I own several rental properties throughout the city, both residential and commercial, and have also developed several new construction homes and condo buildings, so I have a background in investing in real estate and also new construction and renovations. I grew up outside of Pittsburgh and moved to Philadelphia after I graduated from Penn State. I currently reside in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood with my husband and 3 children. We enjoy taking in what the city has to offer all while eating our way through it!
