I specialize in working with sellers, first-time homebuyers, seasoned buyers, and investors looking to grow their portfolio. I attribute my success to hard work, learning from the best mentor, my husband and business partner, Eric, my passion for real estate, and that I love working with people. I have been living and working in Philadelphia for nearly my entire life and know the neighborhoods, amenities, and features my buyers seek in their next home purchase or what sellers want as the end result of the sale of their home. I am passionate about all things Philadelphia and enjoy supporting my community through multiple philanthropic causes. My career interest in the real estate industry started after giving birth to my son, Lev, in 2019. I saw firsthand the rewarding experience my husband had helping clients with their real estate needs, and I decided to leave my career in non-profit fundraising to join and help grow the Gerchberg Real Estate Team. I officially joined the team in December of 2019 behind the scenes as the Operations Manager, and then took the full leap to Sales in January of 2021. Before entering real estate, I graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Binghamton University and have lived abroad in both Israel and China. My top priority is providing customer service excellence and happiness to each client; I’ve been called the “real estate therapist” by multiple clients. When not meeting prospective clients, I enjoy traveling the world to experience new cultures, being a tourist in my own city, seeing live music, and most of all spending time with my husband, Eric, son, Lev, and dog, Prudence.
