When he is not analyzing investment opportunities, Joe can be found working with contractors, architects, engineers, and the City of Philadelphia in order to help push projects along during all phases of development. As a realtor, Joe gets more involved once the clients have decided they want to make an offer. He handles the transaction from making the offer all the way to the closing table, but isn’t afraid to bring up red flags along the way in order to protect the clients’ best interests.
