I came from the hospitality industry where helping people was Job #1. I enjoyed the relationships and rewards that went with providing great customer service. I thought the business of real estate was just buying and selling properties. But, that is not how I view it after years of working helping new and repeat clients navigate the world of real estate. Buying/selling a home is an important milestone and I get to help people, families, and investors find a home or buyer, negotiate the best price, hold their hand through the maze of financial requirements, guide them through inspections and finally, the most important last step, orchestrate all the parts of the closing. I share my experience and expertise, attending to details, problem-solving, and getting to the finish line. I relish the give and take with the cooperating agent or the need to push the mortgage company or making sure inspections are timely. I work hand-in-hand with my clients at every step of the way. Whether an empty-nester is downsizing or meeting a family searching for their first home, I simply enjoy people, building relationships, and accomplishing their goals. But, being in real estate gives me the flexibility to have more time with my family and I can mix work and family easily.
