Born and raised in Philadelphia and an alumnus of Roman Catholic, Jay loves all things Philadelphia. As a West Philadelphia native he enjoys hanging out at local restaurants, beer gardens and coffee shops in the Cobbs Creek and University City section of the city. Before starting his real estate career he worked as brand manager for Chanel Handbags and as an insurance agent for Liberty Mutual. Jay enjoys working one on one with clients building valuable relationships in order to help them achieve their real estate goals. He enjoys working with first time home buyers and walking them through the process of homeownership. Jay, also offers a wealth of knowledge in real estate investing, fix and flips, new construction and buy and hold. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and family.
