When you're searching for the perfect rental, there are five questions to keep in mind: (1) Your ideal move-in date. (2) Your budget. (3) How many bedrooms do you need? (4) Which neighborhoods are you considering? (5) Do you have pets? We begin marketing rentals 60 days out. Keep checking back as your ideal move-in date draws closer to see what new listings have been added.
Unfortunately, we do not offer short-term or month-to-month leasing options. All of our leases are roughly one-year terms with options for renewal.
Not all of our rentals are pet-friendly, but each listing on our website will specify if the property is pet friendly or not. All pets must be approved by the owner and may require an additional one-time fee and/or monthly charge.
Our Leasing Agents are available for showings 7 days a week. Showing times are generally Monday-Thursday 10AM-6:30PM, and Friday-Sunday 10:00AM-5:00PM. You can call our office at (215) 735-7368 to make an appointment over the phone or visit our Self-Scheduling Gallery to book your appointment now.
Rental application: Must be complete, correct, and verified.
Credit history: Must prove history of on-time rental payments.
Please note that all tenant applications will be screened by National Tenant Network.
Yes, our office does accept PHA Housing Choice Vouchers. Each one of our properties is individually owned, and we are happy to work with the owner of the property you are interested in to complete their certification and navigate the approval process.

Keys will be available for pickup after 12:00pm on the Lease Start Date. The security deposit + any prorated rent will be due at that time. Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Cash are acceptable forms of payment for the security deposit. All of our rentals are professionally cleaned between tenants, so you can begin to enjoy your new apartment from day one!
