Steve is an outgoing guy who loves working with first time home buyers. He also likes to take part in community sports and pretend he's still athletic. When he's not winded from his Tuesday night basketball league, you can find him grilling outside with his big, lazy Rottweiler, Stella.

The son of a Philadelphia restaurateur of more than 40 years and someone who Trusts The Process, Nick is a Philly native through and through! Despite being laid back, he takes his pizza very seriously and completes two major pizza tours every year in cities all across America and even Italy. He'll discuss anything from hot stocks to fun socks, but he can't do without a hearty "Go birds!" when you see him around town.

Jim has been a real estate agent for over 10 years and is in the top 1% of sales agents in Philadelphia! Jim is always on the move for his clients and looking for opportunities to invest throughout the city. He loves to travel with his family and enjoys eating out at all of Philly’s great restaurants!
