Over a year ago, we spread the good news that 521 S. Juniper St., a surprisingly blighted property, was finally getting fixed up. Looking back to 2009, you can see the condition it was in.

In the last year, the owners of the property have put a new facade on the building, and have renovated it inside as well. A few months back, it was listed for sale for just under $600K. With about 1,600 sqft of living space and a parking spot, given the location, we expect it will be gobbled up sometime soon.
