There are no special stories to tell about these properties on the 1300 block of Pine Street. I am pointing them out because I find this to be a prime example of preservation and restoration. These properties maintain the integrity of their 1961 counterparts, while improving upon a decrepit exterior to bring them forth into the modern day. This is excellent restoration at work – and it does its part to make Philly look good. It would be great if we could see the interior renovations as well. —-Alex Graziano
