In February, we brought 1901-03 Cecil B. Moore Ave. to your attention, noting that two quadplexes were on the way next door to a church that was once a theater. Nearly three months later, we see that these new buildings are well on their way to completion in time for the fall semester.
Unfortunately, the builders decided to go all stucco, all the time for these new buildings. We get it that students might not care what the outside of their nice new apartments may look like, but people do have to pass by these things every day for the next hundred years. A little consideration, please?
