When we last checked in on Lawrence Rust’s big and bold project for 10th & Mount Vernon, three new homes were under construction after the Spring Arts Point project was dormant for a couple of years. Passing by the other day, we noticed that those three homes are finished and an additional three are currently being framed. Check it out:

Architecturally, the three homes built most recently differ from the homes built a few years back. We’ll be interested to see whether these new ones resemble the older homes, the newer homes, or are unique unto themselves. As for the next step over here, there are plenty more homes to come, as well as a mixed-use corner development at some point in the future. Certainly bears keeping an eye on.
