Nine months ago, we told you about the upcoming second phase of construction on the corner of 2nd & Oxford, where RPM Builders LP was about to add eighteen new apartments to a development that had just seen a dozen units constructed.

As you can see, this new effort features some different construction materials, notably using what appears to be reused brick for a large portion of the facade. Gives it a much more industrial look, fitting in with the history of the neighborhood, no?
