Back in February, we gave you the heads up about a Starbucks moving to 18th and Spruce Sts., filling a vacant commercial space and forcing out the non-specifically named “Cleaners.”

Over the past few weeks, the space has been gutted, and the dry cleaners has moved across the street, into a space next to Rittenhouse Market that we never realized was a vacant commercial space. Does anybody remember another business in this spot?
