As locations go, you can't beat the Aria, located at 15th & Locust. It's close to shopping on Walnut Street, only three blocks from Rittenhouse, near public transportation, and nightlife to boot. While the building would be a perfect place to live, it's been a rougher go for two commercial tenants here. Back in October, Red Mango closed on the corner after a little over a year in business. The other day, we noticed paper in the windows at Tietra, located on 15th Street. A sign there says the place will be reopening under new management.

While it seems that Tietra will be reopening soon, we don't know of a new tenant for the corner space. What would you like to see here?
