The bi-level loft at 1728 Chestnut Street (Apt. 3) is furnished with the owner’s accoutrements, which, we aren’t sure, will help or hurt any rental inquiries. The 1,818-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo listed for $3750 a month has a pretty gorgeous roof deck (although we love that more modern, minimal style) to go along with the contemporary pieces (a general phrase used for “art” only a mother could love) and original artwork dotted throughout the home. The all-inclusive rental (cookware and place settings are included for those really lazy shoppers) is outfitted with polished concrete and walnut hardwood floors, a black granite and stainless steel kitchen, glass tile, exposed brick and sliding walls. Of course, the owners understand if you don’t agree with their style in furniture; the rental is available unfurnished. The art, though, stays.
