Ah public records. What would we do without them? Most of the news outlets in Philly have already told you that Cliff Lee bought a unit in 1706 Rittenhouse (the actual address is 250 South 17th Street, for those who would like to do their own records search). But we can reveal that his unit is 2001, aka: the 20th floor. What he bought it for will be released in the middle of February, so until then we can only assume from past records that it was about $6M. This will be the third local home for the lucky couple, who also has a house in Cape May and Villanova (go Wildcats).
