We were enticed by the “four-story atrium” advertised in this home at 741 S. Second Street, but never found proper photo evidence of such. What we did find was that this Mike McCann three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom listing has something else we hardly ever see: rooms with three windows instead of two, thanks to its luxuriously spacious 18-foot-wide build. The bright (there are skylights throughout the home as well the extra window space) home is listed as having a finished basement, roof deck, garage parking (win!), security system, rear yard, kitchen with water-filtration system and a granite backsplash, third-floor storage area, UV window treatments and one very strangely positioned sketch of child among the bare white walls of the living room. —-Caitlin Connors
