Over the summer, when we told you about a bunch of activity on the 500 block of Washington Ave., one of the projects we mentioned was a large, new construction building on the northwest corner of 5th St. & Washington Ave.

From August

Since we last checked in, this building has come along nicely and it looks like it should be finished in the coming months. We’re guessing that these will be rental apartments with included parking spaces, which will have convenient access to Jefferson Square Park, Sacks Playground, and extremely fresh soft pretzels.
