Finding out more information about this project is as difficult as finding a tenant for a 55,000-square-foot space.  As of now, all we can tell you, is that 55,000 square feet of office and retail space will be coming to 1155 S. Broad Street. The project is 1/3 the old Wachovia (1165 South Broad Street) and 2/3 the old Wachovia parking lot on Broad and Juniper Streets. Thomas E. Hall Architects are working on the plans and the interior for the project. —Caitlin Connors
