Almost two years ago, we first told you about plans to convert a surface parking lot near the Italian Market into sixty-four units of affordable housing for seniors. A year later, we followed up on this site on the 900 block of Ellsworth St., noting that the developers had broken ground, with foundation work finished and elevator shafts underway.

Last summer

The other day, we happened to be in the neighborhood and noticed that this project appears to be complete. The building rises four stories, and has an attractive contemporary look, if you ask us.
