This week, we told you about the ribbon cutting at the first section of the Delaware River Trail, running from Spring Garden Street to the Sugarhouse parking lot. While we were there, we spotted some significant construction activity across the street.

Pennthouses Phase 2

Next door to the Penn Treaty Village Pennthouses, Core Realty is currently renovating a long-blighted building to construct an additional collection of apartments, representing a second phase for this development. Not only are they adding more residents to a rapidly growing part of the neighborhood, but by cleaning up this building they’re improving everyone’s quality of life.
