Over a year ago, we told you about plans for nine new homes coming to the corner if 6th & Fairmount. It’s taken quite some time for this project to move forward, but over the last month or two the old building that stood on this site has been demolished. Now, it’s pretty much a flat dirt lot.

Hopefully, with demolition now nearly complete, the new homes will go up in short order. And perhaps this also means that homes will also soon be coming a block away. We shall keep our eyes open.
