We last checked in on the new Family Court building at 15th & Arch a year ago, when the steel structure has been erected and the first facade panels began to appear. Passing by the other day, we saw that, not surprisingly, considerable progress has been made.

As you can see, most of the facade is now up, and we would have to imagine that interior work has been going strong for months now. Outside, the first floor remains a work in progress, but the fences that have been up on Arch Street for years have finally disappeared. If we had to guess, we would imagine tha the building will be wrapping up in the coming months. When it does, we'll be there to share the news.
