Over the past few months, several readers have asked if we knew anything about the plywood in the windows at 1310-12 Frankford Ave., next door to Bottle Bar East. Remember, we first profiled this building way back in 2011, noting the commercial space available for rent.

We did a bit of digging around, and realized that this space will soon be home to Kensington Quarters, a restaurant and butcher shop. According to the Star, it will have seating for over a hundred, and will have a classroom space as well. It's amazing to hear that Frankford Avenue will be getting yet another addition. Can't wait to see what they do with the space.
