Even if you don't follow the real estate market, you've surely noticed the Goldtex Apartments building, a former shoe factory at 315 N. 12th St., a block away from I-676. If you do follow the real estate market, it's likely that you recall the battles between developers Post Brothers and the trade unions during the conversion of the building from blighted embarrassment into shmancy apartment building. While some people might not like the contemporary look of the building, we're big fans.
If you really like the way the building looks, perhaps you'd like to live there. Apartments are available for rent, according to ads on Craigslist.
