About six months ago, when we last checked in on 817-19 S. 5th St. in Queen Village, the old buildings that had stood at this address for almost  two-hundred years had been demolished and a new structure had risen in their place. Passing by the other day, it appeared to us as though the Weccacoe Flats project has been completed.

In case you don’t remember, this project replaced the two old homes with three new condo units, each with rear-access parking. Oh, and they all sold well before construction was finished. So what do people think, is this new project an upgrade over what was here before? Or did you prefer the look of the old homes?
