When we last checked in on the corner of 2nd & Wharton, a burned out warehouse had just been demolished and earth was being moved around in preparation for the construction of eleven new homes. Over the past few months, there’s been plenty of progress at the site, with about half of those homes going up.

As you can see, these homes are well on their way toward completion. We’d imagine that once they’re finished, the developers will get to work on the second half of the project. We’ll check back here in a couple of months for another status update.
