Our Team

As President and Founder of OCF Realty, Ori has built a successful neighborhood-focused real estate brokerage. He has given much of his focus to the struggling Point Breeze community, investing millions of dollars to rehabilitate the neighborhood's once vibrant commercial corridor.

Brooke oversees business operations for OCF, implementing strategies that optimize performance, promote the company vision and culture, and drive its growth and scalability. On weekends you'll find her cycling through Philadelphia's many bike trails, picnicking in a park, or traveling with her two young kids. She's also a former pastry chef who won't hesitate to bake you a birthday cake.

Jenn supports our busy Sales Team to make sure everything runs smoothly from contract to close. For fun, Jenn enjoys organizing craft beer festivals and chasing her toddler Orrin.

Fred has the privilege of working alongside the dynamic bunch of individuals on OCF’s growing sales team. From leading big picture strategy to problem solving the nitty gritty, no one day is ever the same and that is exactly how he likes it. In his spare time, you can find him exploring Philadelphia with his two young daughters.

Dennis identifies and pursues development sites for future OCF building projects. When not scouring maps and finding property owners, Dennis works as a Philadelphia historian, conducting architectural history tours and writing about the histories of individual Philadelphia properties. Before working in real estate, Dennis spent 12 years as a High School Art Teacher.

Jon is one of the longest tenured employees at OCF, and wears many hats in the office. Jon works closely with investors, keeping them apprised of new opportunities and updating them on the progress of ongoing projects. An expert on the Philadelphia Zoning Code, Jon identifies deals and finds the intersection between what should be built and what can be built on a property. He also writes and edits the Naked Philly blog, does some light book keeping, and talks incessantly about the Sixers.

Tom has seen our office grow from a tiny 4-person team to the bustling realty office it is today. He lives in Jenkintown with his beautiful family and is an avid bike commuter. On weekends you'll find him engrossed in the latest new HBO series or bird-watching with his grandchildren.

Alexander is your quintessential jack of all trades. He has dabbled across roles in sales, marketing, social services and accounting, totaling over 9 years of experience. Alexander’s passion for professional growth combined with his motivation drew him to OCF Realty. He got bit by the brokerage bug and he is now managing all our property turnovers, half our property inspections and assists with maintenance issues. The man has skills!

Born and Raised in Philadelphia, Nick is a graduate of Central High School and Temple University. When he's not managing our contractors, you can usually find Nick looking for a pickup basketball game in one of the city's outdoor courts or looking for the best barbecue food in town.

Jenny spends her days providing solid budgetary analysis and documentation for OCF Realty and its many clients. She has an acute attention to detail. In her free time she enjoys running, trying new restaurants, taking her cockapoo Muggsy on long walks, and even coaches youth lacrosse!

Ashley is the Director of Business Development at OCF Realty, where she assists property owners in Philadelphia by providing full-service leasing and property management to help them reduce stress and save time. Her passion for the job is evident in her commitment to delivering the highest level of service to her clients. When she's not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family in and exploring new places in their East Kensington neighborhood. She also loves reading and is constantly trying to tackle her never-ending to-read list.

Executive Assistant & Coordinating Pro. Marissa is our COO’s right hand and keeps the office organized, flowing and functional. Hailing from the live events industry, she is a master multi-tasker who leaves no details overlooked. Her expertise is turning ideas into reality by procuring the right resources. Marissa can be found seeing live music, enjoying Philadelphia’s culinary scene or relaxing at the park with her other half.

Serving as our president's right hand with over a decade of experience in international logistics and supply chain, Rebecca is here to keep things movin' and groovin'. As a Philadelphia native, she has witnessed much of the city's growth over the last few decades and is eternally optimistic of its progression. She currently resides in Graduate Hospital with her hunky husband and their beautiful dog, Olive. On any given day, you'll likely see the three of them out and about, picking up ingredients for a delicious dish to cook.

Richard comes from a diverse background in education, project coordination, and international work. Half of his adult life was spent in France; he returned to the States just a few years ago. In Philly, Richard has taught courses as an urban geography/planning adjunct, while lending a hand as a volunteer.

Angela brings over 10 years of marketing and leasing experience in Philadelphia to OCF Realty. As a graduate of Temple University and a proud born and raised Philly native, she loves everything about the city of neighborhoods, especially Philly sports teams and all of the amazing food the city has to offer!

Bill was born and raised in Camden NJ. He spent most of his life in hospitality working for The Walt Disney Company, Hyatt Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton. Bill started his leasing career in Chicago and recently returned home to the Delaware Valley. Bill is an avid urban hiker, so if you see him out in your neighborhood say hi.

A native Philadelphian, Robin grew up in Society Hill and has lived in Fitler Square for over 25 years.

Alexis moved to Philadelphia five years ago and fell in love with the city, which ultimately led to her interest in real estate. Growing up, she has always strived for a career that related to helping others. Given the opportunity to work as a leasing agent at OCF Realty, could not have been a better fit. She loves waking up everyday meeting new people and finding them a house to call home.

A lover of cities, the environment and sustainable transportation - Evan is an alumni of Temple University and a real estate industry veteran with 10 years experience as an agent and marketing professional.

Born and raised in South Jersey, Nicolas is a Rutgers-Camden graduate with a passion for all things arts and photography! He has enjoyed getting to experience more of Philadelphia through his time here at OCF Realty. You can usually find him around the city looking for the next perfect shot!

Darby hails from the Buffalo, NY area and has been enjoying life in the big city for about 5 years now. An avid walker, picknicker, and donut eater, she spends her free time on the banks of the Schuylkill, visiting neighborhood coffee shops, and most importantly, snuggling with her senior cat, Jack.

Alena was born and raised in West Philadelphia and has always had a passion for the real estate industry. She defines herself as energetic, optimistic, and always up for a challenge. Whether she's at a local coffee shop, practicing Muay Thai, or training for the next Broad Street Run, Alena brings her vibrant energy to everything she does.

Rob spent three summers working as an intern for OCF before officially joining the Finance team in 2019. He is a dog lover, music player, Philly sports die-hard and a fluent German speaker. Oh, and he loves board games.

Sean is a true tri-state native, working in Philly, and living in Delaware, but hailing from Chester PA. A Delaware State alumni with a knack for finance and great customer service. When he is not at work you can find him reliving his college sports hay days out on a football field or rooting for a cowboys victory.

Candisha is a Philadelphia native who loves the arts, sports, and video games. Diving into her first bookkeeper role at the height of the pandemic, Candi has found her niche and hasn’t looked back since. When she’s not spending time with her two children, she loves traveling, going to concerts, working out, and dancing to Beyonce.

Corey is a West Philadelphia native with over 16 years of facilities coordination and maintenance management experience. He's a strong advocate for providing great customer services, in addition to conflict resolution. Corey is a family man that enjoys traveling, good food and music.

JaNaya has over 15 years experience in facilities management and customer service. When shes not at work shes planning an event for family or friends. Most of all she enjoys her busy life with her husband and their 4 beautiful children. JaNaya loves our Philly sports teams!

Layla is a Philadelphia native with an outgoing personality and a love for everything customer service. She is a Temple University graduate but loves being a Girls' High School alumna even more (hail to our alma mater- vincit qui se vincit). When she's not working, you can find her planning family gatherings with her 6 siblings, exploring Philly's gardens and restaurants, or partaking in local Muslim community activities.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Timothy has spent 13 years in the Behavioral Health field prior to joining the OCF family as one of our Property Management Coordinators in May 2022. When he is not helping residents resolve their maintenance concerns, he enjoys practicing his art, spending time with his family, and watching the 76ers.

With 10 years in property management, and 3 years with our company, CJ brings unparalleled expertise and dedication. A passionate Taylor Swift fan and live music performer, CJ’s ‘fearless’ approach to maintenance ensures every detail is handled with care. Whatever the issue is, she's ready for it.

Katera was born and raised in Philadelphia. She graduated in the Spring of 2022 from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Katera joined the OCF Realty team and is now an integral part of OCF's leasing department. In her current role, Katera gets to share her passion for real estate and property development with prospective residents. When she's not working, Katera likes to spend time playing games with her family or binge-watching a nice TV show.

Born in Bermuda, raised in New York, and claimed by New Jersey. D'Andrea is a city girl at heart that has more than her fair share of appreciation for nature, hobbies, and traveling. After attending Rutgers- Camden, she moved to Philadelphia to pursue her passion in the arts, landing herself a myriad of administrative and management positions in the field along the way. Today she is OCF's Property Management Coordinator. She lives in the NJ countryside with her Partner and 3 dogs.

Born and raised in Delaware, Evan moved to Philadelphia three years ago and never looked back. When he isn't in the office working on the next turnover, you can find him around the city searching for the best eats in Philadelphia. He also has a knack for traveling, 90's Hip Hop, and diving into any new creative project that he can get his hands on.

Yanira joined OCF as one of our Property Management Inspection Assistants in August 2021. She holds a degree in Business Management and has experience in child welfare, performing home safety inspections and account reconciliation. Yanira is passionate about property management, owns her own properties and holds a lead dust sampling certification. In her spare time she enjoys restoring furniture and exploring the outdoor with her wife and two kids.

Andre was born and raised in West Philly, with a strong background in building maintenance & construction. Andre is an Electrical Technician graduate from Thompson Institute and a proud father to three children, two daughters & a son. He is a very crafty and creative individual that enjoys family life, getting outdoors, exploring, exercising, going on trail hikes, running with his dog, and just relaxing trying to enjoy life. Russell is a Philadelphia native who has 17 years of Real Estate experience with the last 5 years focused on Property Management. His focus is delivering excellent service to owners and residents using his skills as a problem solver, effective communicator and relationship builder.

James was born and raised in Philadelphia. With a strong background in construction and maintenance, he leverages his experience to ensure our managed properties are maintained quickly and efficiently. Born in Texas, raised in South Jersey, and has sown her heart in Philadelphia who bleeds green through and through. Though she made a name for herself in Philly’s restaurant industry as a professional bartender for the last 5 years, Makenna has now stepped up to the plate on the field of new horizons in the real estate industry. If she isn’t at home encouraging her plant babies to grow, keeping her fish tanks clean, or being a cat mom, you might see her biking through and exploring Philly with her cat dad fiancé. Go birds!

Victoria is a born and raised Philadelphia native and Temple alum. She focuses on working with clients to help them get started in the home-buying process and keeps up to date on specialized programs and trends that will impact local neighbors. When Victoria is not connecting with clients, she is spending time with her big family or trying to garden in her Spruce Hill backyard. Jamie is originally a Pittsburgh native and has been in Philadelphia since 2015. She relocated here to complete a masters in Fine Arts Administration from Temple, and loved the city so much she decided to stay. Her original background is in the museum field, but she made the jump to real estate in late 2020. In her spare time she likes to travel as much as possible - a couple of her favorite stops have been Oslo and New Orleans. Jamie loves to spend time out in nature hiking and camping, but in the colder months you can find her snuggled up with her cats and a good book

Liz has worked in real estate for 20 years in various capacities from engineer, project manager, developer, builder, and agent. A long-time Philadelphia resident, Kevin currently lives in Northern Liberties. Dava Costello, the owner of the Dava Real Estate Group, is a licensed professional in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, offering a wealth of experience and expertise to anyone embarking on their real estate journey. Melanie Gerchberg is a born and bred Philadelphian. She’s lived all over the world, from Israel to Taiwan to China, but has always come back to Philadelphia because this is the place she chooses to call home. Melanie has a diverse resume and has worked in education, business, politics, nonprofit, and now real estate. She lives in South Philly with her husband and business partner, Eric, son, Lev, and dog, Prudence.

With a background in real estate renovations and development of single family and multi-family properties, Jesse is a licensed General Contractor who enjoys helping people find the property that best fits their needs, whether it be a forever home or an investment property. Outside of real estate, Jesse spends his summer weekends down the shore and loves to stay active all year round.

Steve is an outgoing guy who loves working with first time home buyers. He also likes to take part in community sports and pretend he's still athletic. When he's not winded from his Tuesday night basketball league, you can find him grilling outside with his big, lazy Rottweiler, Stella.

Sean started his real estate career in 2013 and never looked back. You can find him living in Center City and taking deep dives researching market statistics. Everyone knows him for his enthusiastic spirit.

Hey!  I was born and raised in Philly and have seen how much the city has changed in a short period of time.  You can easily see the development of many neighborhoods throughout the city. Dáni Robertson is born and bred in a small seaboard town just north of Boston, MA. She called Boston home from 2007-2022 working in architecture, project management and real estate development, renovating existing historic building shells and reviving those ornate details found in hundred year old homes to new construction. Dáni currently resides in Washington Square West with her derpy Bernese Mountain Dog named Pork Chop (@the_notorious_pchop). With Leroy growing up in the West Philadelphia area all of his life and being in a consistent pursuit of his Ph.D in Black Studies, he has come to understand that his purpose in life is to be of service to others by any means necessary.
