A couple of years ago, we pointed out a rehab at 1544 S. 13th St., across the way from the delicious Francoluigi's Pizza. Passing by the other day, we saw that the home has been finished (probably was done long ago, actually). As rehabs go, or new construction for that matter, it's one of the more interesting looking residences we've seen.
